Prime 47
Every cut of meat — the Wagyu, the Delmonico rib-eyes and the dry-aged Kansas City strips — is prime at this locally owned steakhouse. Seafood is featured as well. Specialties include Chilean sea bass ($52) and a giant seafood tower ($132) loaded with scallops, lobster, calamari and coconut shrimp.
Prime 47, which presents lamb in the form of lollipops with mustard tarragon cream ($52), has been recognized by Wine Spectator from 2017 to 2020 for its wine selection.
